SilverBene, Richard Cannon Jewelry, MYNSU and Deechy publish ways to sell silver jewelry through Shopify. Their connections differ: a supplier app, a member connector, a custom connection or a marketplace app. Choose the actual silver range and account terms before installing anything.

Then follow one product through the whole process. A ring appearing in your store tells you that a listing arrived. It does not tell you whether size 7 is available, the supplier has been paid, or tracking will return to the customer’s order.

For a small jewelry store, those are the useful milestones: the right variant, a saleable item, a funded supplier order and an accurate shipment update. Establish them for one style before importing a large catalog.

01

Choose the supplier and its actual Shopify route

Source Published Shopify route Main condition to examine
SilverBene Its own Shopify dropshipping app An account enabled for dropshipping; exact item, destination and order costs
Richard Cannon Jewelry / RCJ RCJ Dropship connector for active program members Supplier membership is separate from the app’s installation price
MYNSU Custom store connector with its Connect Pass Draft import and hourly size availability; it does not synchronize stock quantities
Deechy Supplier catalog through Syncee The selected supplier’s products and terms, plus the marketplace app arrangement
  • SilverBene: the app listing names Guangzhou Shibao Jewelry Co., Ltd. and free installation. Its supplier policy describes China dispatch; the products and shipment still cost money.
  • RCJ: membership is listed at $29.99 monthly. The connector requires an active program account. Check the metal and stones of the selected item.
  • MYNSU: the partner program uses a Connect Pass. Its stock silver-and-moissanite offer is different from an all-diamond catalog; confirm the actual style and size.
  • Deechy: its instructions direct merchants through Syncee. Find the actual supplier there and distinguish the jewelry order from the platform’s app plan.

These are documented options, not integrations we installed or suppliers whose shipments we tested. Our jewelry supplier comparison covers broader business-model choices.

02

Connect through the current supplier instructions

Use the supplier’s current official entry point and confirm the store domain during authorization. Shopify’s app-installation guidance explains the access review shown before installation. Read the requested access and developer information before approving it.

SilverBene’s supplier app

Use a dropshipping-enabled account and the official app. Its public integration guide describes separate import, publication and stock controls. Suggested staging values are:

Documented function Suggested setup choice
Automatically publish an uploaded product Off while you review the first style
Upload products after subscription On when ready to import that style
Synchronize supplier stock On; verify the resulting availability
Prevent purchases after stock runs out On for a stocked-item offer

Subscribe to one product, then inspect the imported item. These are proposed choices, not settings we saved in a test store.

RCJ’s account connection

RCJ’s updated connection instructions use this route:

  1. Sign in to an active RCJ dropshipping account.
  2. Open Connect My Store, select Shopify and start the connection.
  3. Select the correct Shopify account and store, then complete installation and authorization.
  4. Return to RCJ and confirm your store domain appears as connected.

If the wrong store appears, correct that connection before importing products. A successful authorization on another store does not connect the shop you intend to sell from.

MYNSU and the current custom-app route

MYNSU’s current partner FAQ points to Shopify’s Dev Dashboard for its custom connection and its documented secure setup form. Obtain its current instructions and required access details for your account.

Shopify stopped new legacy admin-created custom apps on January 1, 2026. Existing legacy apps continue to work; new custom apps use the Dev Dashboard. If an older tutorial tells you to create a new legacy app and copy a permanent token from the old screen, ask for updated instructions. Do not delete a working connection simply because its age differs from a new tutorial.

For the Syncee route, install its official app and locate the supplier’s catalog. Select products under that supplier’s actual terms. Do not install a second connector for the same styles unless you have deliberately decided which system owns their updates.

03

Import one silver style before the whole catalog

Start with one style and review the imported product before making it available to shoppers. Where the connector supports draft or inactive imports, use that option during setup. Confirm how later supplier updates interact with your edits.

Here is a proposed sample record, using an invented ring design. These are your review notes, not field names or SKU codes to paste into an app:

What to record Example or required answer
Product Sample ring A; the actual supplier style and product link must replace this label
Material and stones Supplier-confirmed 925 sterling silver, stated finish and named center and accent materials
Variants to check US size 6 and US size 7, each attached to its actual supplier variant
Product page Authorized images, accurate specifications and your chosen retail price
Order contents One ring; confirm any box, pouch and documents separately
Destination The real customer market, with an available shipping service and complete charge

Select each size on the storefront and inspect the resulting product and cart. Changing size should select the corresponding variant, not merely change the text beside a default item.

Preserve the identifiers the connector needs. SilverBene specifically warns against changing its item SKU in Shopify; follow the documented editing route for your chosen app. A more attractive product title should not require breaking its supplier link.

A successful import does not verify silver content. Keep material claims and their supporting information tied to the actual components. The jewelry dropshipping guide explains that separate product-evidence work.

04

Set the selling price deliberately

A price multiplier is a starting rule, not a profit calculation. SilverBene’s public guide gives 1.5 as its default multiplier.

Suppose, purely as an example, an item costs $12. Multiplying by 1.5 sets a price of $18:

Illustrative order in USD Amount
Customer pays for the item, with delivery included $18
Supplier product cost −$12
Shipping −$5
Payment cost −$1
Remaining before ads, overhead and tax $0

The $6 increase over product cost is a 50% markup on $12. It is a one-third gross margin on the $18 selling price before the other costs in the example. Neither figure means you keep half the customer’s payment.

Use your actual product, shipping, packaging, payment and account costs to set the price. These teaching amounts are not supplier or AIDrop rates. Test how your chosen app handles a price change, rounding and any currency conversion. Establish whether a supplier update can overwrite your chosen retail price.

05

Decide what an inventory update means

Ask whether the connection sends an exact sellable quantity, a shared warehouse figure or simply an available/unavailable status. Those give you different information.

MYNSU’s current page says its connector checks each size hourly and marks it in stock or sold out; it does not synchronize quantities. You therefore cannot read “available” as “ten units reserved for my shop.” Other providers may use different rules and update intervals.

For your first style, check these results with the supplier:

  1. The stock information belongs to the exact size and finish, not just the parent design.
  2. The latest update and its meaning are identifiable.
  3. An agreed unavailable-variant check makes that option unavailable to the intended customer route.
  4. An available variant can reach checkout with a supported delivery address and shipping rate.

Use the app’s documented stock synchronization and sold-out controls. Do not invent a quantity to make an availability-only connection look more detailed.

Shopify’s out-of-stock guidance explains that inventory tracking, online fulfillment locations and location shipping rates can affect what customers can buy. Turning on continued selling merely to hide a stock problem can accept orders you cannot fulfill. Diagnose the actual location or update problem instead.

06

Follow one paid order all the way to tracking

Agree the first-order procedure with the supplier before testing. An app may ignore a Shopify test-gateway order or handle it differently from a real paid order. Do not assume a simulated checkout exercises the supplier’s payment and shipment process.

For one agreed trial, keep this record:

  • Customer order: the Shopify reference, selected size, quantity and delivery details.
  • Supplier order: the corresponding provider reference, exact item and payment or acceptance state.
  • Shipment: the quantity actually dispatched, carrier and tracking reference.
  • Store update: the matching Shopify fulfillment information and customer notification.

Syncee’s order-management instructions explicitly separate the store order from payment to the supplier. The order synchronizes into Syncee, where the merchant pays; it is then forwarded for fulfillment. Tracking comes back after the supplier provides it. Paid, forwarded orders cannot be edited within Syncee, so address changes require prompt supplier contact.

Numbered two-row illustration separates customer payment, merchant payment to supplier, shipment and tracking returned to the store
Illustrative order flow, not an app screenshot or a completed test. The supplier's actual payment and fulfillment steps must be confirmed separately.

SilverBene’s guide likewise includes shipping and payment selection before a supplier order ID is generated. Locate that reference rather than treating the shopper’s “paid” status as proof that the supplier received the money.

If an order seems missing, search the provider’s records first. Do not manually purchase it again until you know whether the original already exists. A delayed status update should not become two rings charged and sent to the same customer.

Keep gift packaging attached to the right orders

SilverBene’s documented automatic extra-SKU setting applies to all Shopify orders. It is not, by itself, a rule that adds a box only when the shopper selects a gift option.

Two illustrative packaging alternatives: a plain silver-colored ring in a transparent bag and the same style in a gift box
Two packaging alternatives to confirm with the supplier, not two rings included in one order or photographs of its actual packaging.

Check both cases: one order requiring gift packaging and one requiring none. Confirm the added item, its charge and whether the packing instructions survive transfer. Use a supported conditional arrangement or an agreed manual process when needed; do not assume the global setting reads your storefront checkbox.

Also confirm the default package. SilverBene describes a PP bag as standard, with gift presentation handled separately. A ring photograph in a box does not establish that the box is part of every order.

07

Find the failed step before changing the setup

Use the symptom to locate the relevant record. Reinstalling an app or importing everything again can create more work without answering what failed.

Symptom Check first Useful next action
Connection completed, but the product is absent Correct store domain, supplier account and chosen style Complete the documented connection or import for that style; avoid creating duplicates
The product exists but is not visible to shoppers Draft/active status and intended sales channel Publish only after the product and ordering review is complete
The wrong ring size reaches the supplier order Selected Shopify variant and its supplier mapping Correct the affected variant; confirm the physical item before release
A supposedly sold-out size can still be bought Update time, stock meaning, variant/location and overselling setting Pause that option if its availability is unresolved; repair the specific setting or feed
Shopify is paid, but no accepted supplier order is evident Provider reference, supplier payment and any error Resolve payment or transfer; check existing records before retrying
Tracking exists but movement is unclear Carrier events and the supplier’s dispatch record Confirm handover and give the customer an update supported by those records

For a feed that is incomplete or inconsistent, the inventory-feed troubleshooting guide covers the deeper diagnosis. Keep the affected product’s availability under control while you investigate. Do not turn on unrestricted selling to make a warning disappear.

When you contact supplier support, provide the store domain, affected product or variant, order references, relevant time and the actual error. Share only the information needed through its support channel. A screenshot saying “connected” is less useful than the specific size and order that did not transfer.

If the connection works but the product, sample or packaging is the unresolved part, send AIDrop the silver-jewelry references, component requirements, destination and packing needs. We can review the China-side sourcing and fulfillment scope. For a connector fault, use the app provider’s support with the specific records described above.

Questions about connecting a silver-jewelry supplier

Does a free app mean the supplier program is free?

No. Installation, account membership, product purchases, shipping and optional services are separate charges. RCJ’s active-member connector is a clear example. Review the actual program total rather than comparing only the App Store price.

Can I connect more than one silver supplier?

Yes, if you keep their product mappings, stock updates, payments and shipment responsibilities clear. Avoid letting two systems overwrite the same variant without a deliberate arrangement. Our Shopify supplier guide compares broader source models.

Is importing a CSV the same as a live connection?

No. A one-time file import does not by itself fetch later stock changes, pay suppliers or return tracking. Establish which service performs each of those jobs and how errors become visible.

Does the supplier app prove the jewelry is sterling silver?

No. An integration moves product and order information. Obtain suitable evidence for the actual material claim and components separately. Neither the presence of an app nor a 925 label is a physical test of the jewelry you receive.

Sources and scope: official supplier, app and Shopify documentation was reviewed on November 5, 2026. Features, fees and interfaces can change. The ring record and pricing calculation are illustrative. No apps were installed, credentials exchanged, stock changed, test orders purchased or jewelry samples assessed for this article.
