Four jewelry dropshipping suppliers serve different stores: Richard Cannon Jewelry for fine jewelry, Branvas for branded fashion jewelry, Trendsi for boutique accessories, and ShineOn for personalized gifts. Compare the model, complete order cost and return arrangement before choosing.
You have necklaces saved and a retail price in mind. What happens when a customer says, “It arrived, but I don’t want it”? A supplier’s general return window may exclude jewelry, leaving your store to fund a refund for a correctly supplied piece.
Public program and policy information was checked October 20, 2026. These are documented options, not suppliers whose jewelry or delivery we have tested.
| Supplier | Fit and main condition to examine |
|---|---|
| Richard Cannon Jewelry | Fine-jewelry catalog. Check membership, shipping and returns. |
| Branvas | Branded fashion jewelry. Check the complete charge and remedy limits. |
| Trendsi | Boutique accessories. Check item origin and the jewelry return exception. |
| ShineOn | Personalized gifts. Check the base item, customization and production route. |
If you want an unbranded budget catalog rather than one of these models, our NihaoJewelry dropshipping review examines that separate workflow. Importing more catalogs is useful only when their products and obligations fit the store.
01
Richard Cannon: fine-jewelry catalogs
Richard Cannon’s dropship program is relevant when you want a fine-jewelry range and a supplier feed rather than a low-priced assortment of fashion accessories. Its program includes catalog access and product-feed options; the Shopify connection is available to active program members.
What membership pays for
The published membership is $29.99 per month, with a $1 introductory month. Membership pays for supplier-program access, not the jewelry or every shipment. Its shipping page lists charges by service, so use the method appropriate to the actual order when comparing cost.
Volume changes how that fixed fee feels:
- 5 orders a month: roughly $6 membership cost per order.
- 20 orders: $1.50 per order.
- 100 orders: $0.30 per order.
These are allocations of the $29.99 membership, not total fulfillment prices or a sales forecast.
This is a candidate for a store whose prices, descriptions and customer expectations suit the catalog. Before listing a piece, establish the exact specification and the applicable return conditions, including authorization, item condition and shipping requirements. A supplier feed does not decide your merchandising or customer-service policy for you.
02
Branvas: a branded fashion range
Branvas describes its service as a private-label jewelry catalog with branded packing and connections for stores including Shopify, WooCommerce and Wix. It advertises no upfront product inventory and a flat $8.99 packing-and-shipping charge. Confirm the selected product, destination and checkout total before treating that advertised rate as your quote.
The important question is whether you want to choose from that branded catalog or develop a different product. Adding your logo to a supplied range is a different project from commissioning a new necklace design.
How a claim is handled
Read the remedy policy before making a generous store promise:
- Reason: damaged, defective or incorrect goods are treated separately from preference changes.
- Timing: qualifying claims must be filed within ten days of delivery.
- Remedy: replacement or Branvas credit is different from cash available to refund your shopper.
Branvas can therefore be a relevant branded-catalog option, while still leaving you to budget for a customer who dislikes a correctly supplied piece.
03
Trendsi: accessories for a boutique
Trendsi’s dropshipping service is a possible route for a boutique adding accessories to a clothing assortment. Check the products and their dispatch details; the company’s address does not establish where every item will ship from.
The main jewelry-specific question is the return arrangement. Its ordinary Return Policy lists jewelry among final-sale, non-returnable categories. A general return window for eligible clothing is not a promise that your necklace is eligible too.
Read the ordinary policy and optional cover together
Trendsi’s separate 30-Day Returns Option describes third-party coverage through SEEL or REDO for US customers, including covered non-returnable items. That benefit has conditions:
- The store must set up the relevant service.
- The customer must purchase the coverage.
- The actual purchase and claim must meet the applicable conditions.
If the service is absent or the shopper declines it, review the ordinary category policy. A help page describing optional coverage does not establish that every order in your store has it.
Preference and product faults need different answers
A correctly supplied necklace that the buyer dislikes is a preference return. A wrong necklace or a damaged clasp raises a different claim. Save the product code, order reference and useful photographs for the applicable procedure.
Calling both situations “a return” can hide an important difference. The supplier may have fulfilled the agreed order correctly while your store promised a preference refund the arrangement never funded.

Before choosing the offer, obtain three answers: which reasons are eligible, who receives the item and which charges you recover as cash or credit. The dropshipping returns guide develops the wider support process. A supplier’s commercial policy does not settle all of your obligations to shoppers.
04
ShineOn: personalized jewelry gifts
ShineOn’s seller program is relevant to personalized and gift-led products. The work includes preparing the customer’s design or personalization and producing the ordered item, rather than simply forwarding an ordinary stocked accessory.
Before release, confirm the customer’s actual gift:
- The selected product and decoration.
- The exact name or other personalization, including spelling.
- The message and presentation included with the piece.
A misspelled name is an order-data problem even if the underlying necklace is satisfactory.
Production and buyer approval
Compare the chosen item’s base price, any optional services, production time and shipping route. A free entry or publishing option is not a zero-cost customer order. Also establish the remedy for a manufacturing error separately from a customer who approved the wrong personalization. Avoid advertising a fixed delivery date from a general production-time statement.
Our ShineOn dropshipping guide develops the production and order workflow for this particular gift model.
05
Price the piece and the customer promise
A cheap piece can be expensive to sell one at a time. Start with a quote for one exact item, packed and sent to one real destination. Then identify the recurring charges and the remedy you may have to fund yourself.
Keep these items separate in your record:
| Cost | What to establish |
|---|---|
| Product | Exact material, finish, size and piece count |
| Preparation | Gift box, insert, label and personalization |
| Delivery | Parcel service, destination and applicable extra charges |
| Fixed access | Membership or software cost at your expected volume |
| Customer remedy | Which costs are recovered, credited or retained |
Do not combine one provider’s product price with another provider’s advertised shipping rate. That produces an attractive number for an order nobody has offered to fulfill.
What two refunds do to a small launch
Here is an illustrative calculation, not a quotation from the suppliers above and not a measured jewelry return rate. Suppose you make 20 sales at $28 each. Each order costs $6 for the item, $7 for preparation and delivery, and $1.20 in payment processing.
| Twenty-order calculation | Amount |
|---|---|
| Customer payments: 20 × $28 | $560 |
| Product cost: 20 × $6 | −$120 |
| Preparation and delivery: 20 × $7 | −$140 |
| Processing: 20 × $1.20 | −$24 |
| Contribution before acquisition and overhead | $276 |
| Two complete customer refunds: 2 × $28 | −$56 |
| Contribution after those refunds | $220 |
For this example, the two orders receive no supplier reimbursement, the products cannot be resold, and the processing charges are not recovered. Change those assumptions when your actual agreement differs. Taxes, acquisition, subscriptions, salaries and other overhead are not included.
The useful result is the difference: $56 less is available to pay for acquiring customers and running the store. A supplier credit or a resellable return can change the calculation, but it must actually exist in the arrangement. Our profit-margin guide explains how these order costs differ from final business profit.
Check one exact piece
For the necklace you intend to sell, save the supplier’s product code, stated base material and finish, chain length, pendant size and included packaging. Keep the exact variant; a similar-looking listing is not the same item.
Then order it through the route you expect to use for customers. Use an address in the intended market where practical. A specially arranged sample may help you assess the piece, while leaving the normal order, packing and delivery process untested.
Keep the order record tied to that piece:
- Before payment: save the complete charge, selected service, product details and applicable remedy policy.
- During fulfillment: record the order reference, dispatch update and tracking. A tracking number alone does not establish a carrier handoff.
- At arrival: compare the received item with the listing. Inspect the clasp, finish, dimensions, piece count and packing; check for unexpected supplier promotion or documents.
- Before opening sales: resolve any mismatch, then make the listing and customer policy match the offer you can actually supply.
Photographs can show what arrived and how it was packed. They cannot establish every material or durability claim. The jewelry dropshipping guide explains those product-description and evidence questions in more detail.

If the sample arrives with a shorter chain, the next step is not to rename it “approximately the same.” Establish whether the wrong variant was sent or the specification was inaccurate. Correct the product, source or listing before importing the rest of the range. If the item matches but the remedy terms conflict with your store promise, resolve the commercial arrangement instead of requesting a replacement sample.
When you need a different sourcing arrangement
If these catalogs do not supply the piece or gift set you want, AIDrop’s product-sourcing service can review China-side sourcing, samples and packaging. Bring the reference, proposed material and finish, chain length, destination and order pattern.
Use the cost calculator for supported freight and preparation estimates, or request a review with those references. Confirm the actual scope and charges; joining a ready-made catalog and commissioning a different sourcing arrangement are different purchases.

Questions about jewelry suppliers
Does no minimum order mean there is nothing to pay upfront?
No minimum quantity answers how many units you must buy under that arrangement. Product payment, subscriptions, samples, packing or customization may still cost money. Ask separately whether there is any inventory purchase, recurring commitment or funded packaging requirement before individual orders begin.
Does a US-based supplier guarantee US shipping?
Check the dispatch location for the selected item and order route. A business address and a parcel’s origin answer different questions. Also distinguish dispatch time from transit time when setting a customer expectation.
Can I use the supplier’s product photographs?
Obtain permission for the intended use and make sure the image represents the item you will receive. Rights to display a catalog photo do not verify its material claims. Your own sample photographs can help show scale and packaging without claiming a test you did not perform.
Should I reject a supplier that does not accept preference returns?
Assess the product, customer promise and retained cost together. A clear limited policy is information you can use; an ambiguous policy is a question to resolve. Keep preference returns separate from wrong-item or defect claims, and establish your own applicable customer obligations before publishing a policy.
Can one supplier handle both fashion pieces and personalized gifts?
Possibly, but verify each workflow. A stocked necklace and an engraved gift need different order information and approval. Start with the actual product and service rather than assuming that one successful catalog connection covers both.
Supplier program, shipping and return sources are linked beside the relevant statements. Public terms were checked October 20, 2026. The order calculation is a teaching example; no independent supplier performance test or client result is claimed.
