Yakkyofy helps you find products, get them quoted and arrange fulfillment for your store. You can choose from its catalog, request a particular item or discuss a batch with branding. Those routes involve different work, so start with the product you want to sell before choosing a subscription.
For a plain catalog item, the Free plan may cover the first trial. Paid plans become more relevant when you need regular sourcing, custom packaging or additional support. The subscription pays for access and services; products and shipping still have their own cost.
This walkthrough follows a simple mug through the product choice, import and first order. It also explains when paying for a higher plan changes something useful.

01
Choose how to find the product
Choose an existing catalog item
Use the catalog when it contains a product you would genuinely sell. For the mug, inspect its actual size, material, color, included quantity and destination service. A similar photograph is a candidate to compare, not a reason to fill in missing specifications yourself.
This route is convenient for learning the workflow because the starting product already exists. You can concentrate on the finished offer and delivered cost before adding customization.
Request the item you have in mind
A sourcing request is useful when the catalog does not answer the need. A product link, dimensions and reference photographs give the provider something specific to find.
Yakkyofy’s Quotations help describes image-search results, personal dropshipping quotations and wholesale requests. Its import instructions point dropshipping quote requests through the Chrome extension.
For the mug, explain whether you need a plain item, an exact shape or a printed sleeve. Those are different requests. If a substitute is proposed, compare its dimensions and construction before accepting its price.
Ask about a branded or stocked batch
A batch quotation becomes relevant when you want to own inventory, arrange particular packing or develop a private-label version. Ask about the minimum, sample, payment and release arrangement for that project.
One plain mug bought after a sale and several hundred mugs in printed gift boxes are different commitments. Choose the route that matches the work, rather than requesting the larger project just because a unit discount looks attractive.

02
Pick the plan for that workload
Yakkyofy’s pricing page, checked October 16, 2026, lists these monthly USD options:
| Plan | Monthly price | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Ten 1688 searches, unlimited Yakkyofy-catalog image searches and one bulk quotation per month |
| Premium | $79 | Unlimited 1688 searches; 30 manual dropshipping searches and 10 bulk quotations per month; branding, bundles, POD and priority chat |
| Premium+ | $299 | 50 manual searches and 30 bulk quotations per month; account manager, shipping calculator and priority call/WhatsApp support |
The Free plan’s ten 1688 searches are a different allowance from image searching within the Yakkyofy catalog. The published information does not establish that those ten renew monthly. The cost help page explains the separate manual-search and quotation allowances.
Use Free for a small job it can complete. If you find a suitable plain mug and can obtain the required quote within its allowance, a larger subscription is not the next product decision.
Premium becomes relevant when you regularly request products or need its branding or bundle services. Premium+ adds $220 a month. Choose it for an account-management or quotation workload you actually have, rather than assuming the higher price will make the mug easier to sell.
Annual-billing equivalents of $59 and $229 are also displayed. They are alternative commitments, not monthly-cancel prices. Read the current checkout and renewal terms for your choice.
03
Import the approved product and set its destination price
A personal quotation needs approved status under Quotations → Dropshipping before import. If a search finds a candidate but its freight is missing, the Quotation help describes requesting a manual quote. Finish that step before pricing a delivered product.
The documented import path is:
- Open the approved item’s product page and review its variants.
- Edit the listing title, description and permitted images.
- Inspect shipping countries, methods and prices.
- Choose the variants and use Import on your store.
- Select the intended store, import and reopen the product there.
The help describes USD pricing and a review-before-publication Shopify flow. Check currency and publication state in the actual store. The result to inspect is the intended mug, variant, price and description—not just an import-complete message.
What the shipping-country selection means
The Shipping selector shows country-specific methods and prices. For several selected countries, the help describes a maximum price used in the import calculation. This does not impose a general restriction on later destinations.
Suppose an illustrative mug quote has $6 shipping to one country and $9 to another. Using the $9 maximum in a pricing view does not make both parcels cost $9. It also does not establish the price or route for a third destination.

Decide whether your store will charge delivery separately or include it in the selling price. Use the actual route either way. If the mug needs protective packing, include that work before deciding how much remains from a sale.
04
Work out what the plan adds to each order
A subscription becomes a smaller share of each order as completed volume rises. The arithmetic is simple; the mistake is using a volume you have not reached.
For a $79 monthly plan:
- At ten orders, the allocation is $7.90 per order.
- At forty orders, it is $1.975, or about $1.98.
That is your budgeting allocation, not an extra per-parcel tariff. Add the actual product, packing, shipping, payment and other relevant charges separately.
Compare the mug’s selling price with its complete delivered cost and the subscription at your present volume. If the result only works at forty orders but you complete ten, identify what justifies the commitment now. Revisit the tier when a real sourcing requirement or workload changes.
Also check when money is due. An average monthly allocation does not provide the cash needed for today’s purchases. The fulfillment-cost guide explains the wider calculation; the warehouse guide covers a batch you would own.
05
What happens when the first customer pays?
The store sale starts another task: buying and fulfilling the product. Yakkyofy’s Orders-tab help describes order views and Checkout for payment.
For the first mug order:
- Find the imported order and match its variant, quantity and address.
- Compare product and shipping charges with the intended route.
- Complete or verify the provider payment required under your settings.
- Retain the provider purchase reference.
- Match the shipment and tracking with that purchase.
The useful result is one correct supplier purchase for one customer order. If the order is absent, investigate the connection and existing provider records before making a manual replacement. If payment times out, look for the purchase and charge before paying again.
For cancellation, the physical stage matters. The help distinguishes canceling an unpaid, unfulfilled order from pausing an already paid order. Use the control for that state and obtain a response before assuming production or dispatch has stopped.
After following the first order, record which parts happen automatically and which need your action. That makes the next order easier without hiding an unpaid purchase in a synchronized list.
06
Approve the packaging and plan the remedy
If the mug is sold as a gift, its sleeve or box becomes part of the customer’s expectation. Approve the artwork version, dimensions, placement and pack contents with the physical product. Ask what happens if that presentation is supplied incorrectly.
Yakkyofy’s return help describes limits on some minor branding or packaging variations. It also asks merchants to report wrong or damaged goods within seven days, provide evidence and obtain approval before a return.
For a broken mug, keep the purchase reference and photographs of the damage and packing. For a wrong sleeve, keep the approved artwork and what arrived. These claims need different facts.
Give your customer the appropriate remedy under your terms and applicable obligations, and track the provider claim alongside it. A supplier’s trade-claim deadline does not determine every right the customer has.
07
Should you use Yakkyofy for this product?
For a plain catalog mug, first check whether the actual item and destination quote work at your selling price. The first decision is the product, not the most expensive plan.
For a branded gift offer, investigate the packaging service, sample and minimum alongside the tier that includes the work. A clear project may justify a paid service earlier than sales volume alone suggests.
For frequent searches or a large quotation workload, compare the allowances and support with the time they would save. That is a concrete reason to consider Premium+; simply hoping for more sales is not.
Its listed Shopify, WooCommerce and Storeden connections matter if that is where you sell. Establish the workflow for another channel before treating it as an automatic connection.
For another China-side proposal, send AIDrop Agent the same mug specification, packing and destinations. Ask for equivalent work so you can compare the actual offers.

Yakkyofy questions
Does unlimited fulfillment include free goods or shipping?
No. It describes access to a service. Products, parcels and other agreed charges still need funding.
Is the $1.98 allocation a Yakkyofy fee?
No. It is $79 divided by forty orders, rounded to cents. Your completed volume changes that allocation.
Can I import a personal quote before approval?
The public instructions require approved status. Resolve the product or shipping information holding up the quote first.
Does selecting a country fix every later parcel’s price?
No. It supports the import-price calculation. Use the actual destination and service for an order’s cost.
Does free warehousing remove stock risk?
Owning a batch still commits cash. Agree storage conditions, ownership and release costs before buying it.
Public documents were checked October 16, 2026. Mug and cost illustrations explain the workflow; no Yakkyofy account, sample or service performance was tested for this article.
