Infinity Instruments offers a Direct to Customer Shipping option on its reseller application. Applying does not guarantee approval: the company says accepted applicants receive further agreements to establish an account. Its current prices and stock information are restricted to authorized dealers, so obtain the applicable terms and an item quote before taking customer orders.
For a clock store, the work continues after account approval. A customer may want a quiet clock for a bedroom, an easy-to-read kitchen clock or a large statement piece. Your listing needs to describe the right model, your price needs to cover the packed shipment, and your support records need to identify the clock if something goes wrong.
Here is how to assess that first order without turning an old price sheet or an attractive room photograph into a promise you cannot yet fulfill.
01
Apply for direct customer shipping
Use the official reseller application and select the partnership type that matches your operation. Direct customer shipping, stock sent to you and bulk purchases are different choices on the form.
The application asks about your business, website, selling channels and existing activity. It also asks whether you can provide a business tax certificate or license if approved. Answer from your actual operation; selecting a partnership option does not create the account by itself.
Get the agreement for your actual sales channel
The form includes marketplace names, but a checkbox asking where you sell is not written permission to list the supplier’s products there. Tell the supplier where you intend to sell and obtain the applicable channel terms.
This matters because older reseller material visible in search includes marketplace restrictions. A retailer’s live Amazon or Walmart listing does not prove that a new dealer has permission, either. You may be seeing another seller’s arrangement, an older listing or a route that does not apply to your account.
Keep channel approval with the account agreement, before importing products to that channel. If approval covers your own store but not a marketplace, launch only through the approved route or resolve the restriction first.
Establish the opening order and ongoing charges
You may encounter a $250 opening minimum in indexed 2024 reseller material. That is a historical document, not a current quote for your application. We could not verify the current agreement from that file’s public download during this review.
The official dealer price-list entrance and shop restrict pricing and availability to authorized accounts. Before budgeting the launch, obtain these separate answers:
| Cost or condition | What your account needs to establish |
|---|---|
| Opening requirement | Required first purchase, if any, and what qualifies toward it |
| Individual customer orders | Applicable minimum, handling charge and accepted order process |
| Goods price | Current price for the exact model and quantity |
| Delivery | Packed parcel, destination and requested service included in the quote |
| Payment | Approved method, when you pay and any applicable account terms |
A first-purchase requirement and a fee on each later order affect your budget differently. One ties up opening cash; the other changes what is left from every sale. Resolve both rather than interpreting a single no-minimum statement as no operating cost.
02
Choose the clock by how the customer will use it
Infinity Instruments sells clocks and home decor; it is not the similarly named supplement business that can appear in dropshipping searches. Its product range includes different clock types, so choose the model before writing the benefit.
A bedroom promise needs a model-specific answer
Suppose you plan to advertise a clock for a quiet bedroom. A photograph tells a buyer about its appearance, but does not establish what the movement sounds like. A silent-movement statement, if supported for the selected model, is more useful than quietly assigning the same feature to every clock in the range.
The same principle applies to indoor/outdoor use, radio control and pendulums. Infinity’s manuals page provides different instruction categories and model-specific documents. That variety is a reason to use the selected product’s instructions, not a reason to describe every clock as having all those functions.
Make the offer specific enough to receive
For the model you intend to sell, prepare a small product record:
- The manufacturer’s model number and the variant you will actually order.
- Product dimensions, including depth and any projecting parts relevant to placement.
- The stated movement and other features you will use in the listing.
- The included components and any separately required items, using the applicable documentation.
- Appropriate setup instructions and the actual permitted use location.
Consider a fictional 16-inch decorative wall clock intended for indoor manual time setting. A useful listing would describe that exact clock and its supported features. Calling it automatically synchronized, outdoor-safe or silent would create three different expectations that the fictional specification has not established.
For the broader choice between clocks, framed art and other decor, use the home decor dropshipping guide. Once you choose a clock, the model-specific record should carry the offer through ordering and support.
03
Price the packed order, not the clock face
The diameter on the product page helps the buyer judge the wall space. The packed carton dimensions and weight help determine the shipment. They are different measurements.
A large, light clock can require a much larger box once protection is included. Obtain the packed dimensions and a quote for the destination instead of estimating delivery from the clock’s weight or face diameter alone. The dropshipping shipping-cost guide explains that pricing mechanism in more detail.
Use the amount you expect to collect
An MSRP is a suggested retail figure, not money you have received. Use a realistic planned selling price and a current account quote when deciding whether the offer works.
Here is an explicitly hypothetical order calculation. None of these amounts is an Infinity Instruments price, carrier rate or measured store result.
| Fictional order line | USD |
|---|---|
| Customer payment collected | $89 |
| Clock purchase | −$36 |
| Quoted delivery for this example | −$18 |
| Other order handling in this example | −$3 |
| Payment expense in this example | −$3 |
| Remaining before advertising, returns and overhead | $29 |
If delivery turns out to be $28 rather than $18, the remaining amount becomes $19. That does not mean either rate applies to this supplier; it shows why an unresolved parcel quote can change the decision even when the clock’s purchase price stays the same.
Advertising, a replacement and general expenses still have to fit inside what remains. Do not call the $29 net profit or assume the suggested retail price proves customers will pay it.
04
Follow one proposed order from sale to support
Before importing a large range, follow one authorized order all the way through. The goal is to establish that the listing, supplier order, parcel and support record refer to the same product.
The record below is fictional. CLOCK-DEMO-16 is an invented store SKU, not an Infinity model number or a completed order.
| Record | Proposed example | Evidence still needed |
|---|---|---|
| Store offer | CLOCK-DEMO-16, one indoor decorative wall clock | Exact manufacturer model, variant, supported description and image permission |
| Customer order | One clock to the agreed test address | Actual paid order and the correct delivery details |
| Supplier request | Same model and quantity sent through the approved process | Supplier order reference and acceptance, not just a sent message |
| Shipment | Parcel intended for the test address | Actual carrier/service, tracking and dispatch record |
| Receipt | Intended clock and components arrive | Front/back identity, condition, packing and applicable setup check |
| Cost and support | Quote retained with the order | Actual invoice, purchase proof and correct model reference |
A sent order is not an accepted order
If the supplier request has no acceptance record, investigate before sending it a second time. Find whether the first request was received and whether payment, stock or another condition is holding it. An accidental duplicate can create a second shipment instead of fixing the first.
If an item is unavailable, respond using the actual choices you can offer. Substituting another clock because it looks similar may change its size, finish, movement or setup. A buyer who chose a quiet bedroom clock did not agree to every visually similar model.
Compare the delivered order with the promise
Record whether the correct clock arrived, whether the approved feature claims match its documentation, whether the packed condition is acceptable and whether the cost matches the quote. Use the applicable instructions for setup; no model-specific repair procedure was tested for this article.
A discrepancy gives you a specific next action. Correct a wrong model mapping, obtain a missing service quote or resolve an unsupported feature before extending the same error across more listings. One proposed test is a method for finding those problems, not proof that this supplier has passed it.
05
When a clock arrives damaged or stops working
Start by describing what happened. A cracked case on arrival, a clock that has stopped and a customer who dislikes the color are different cases. They may need different evidence and different remedies.
Find the product model, not just the movement code
The public warranty page explains where to find the product model and warns that numbers such as M6363 and H-1436 identify a movement used in multiple clocks. Those stamps cannot, on their own, identify which clock the customer bought.
Suppose a customer sends a photograph of the mechanism with M6363 visible. That is useful context, but your next step is to find the actual product model from the clock’s label or your matched purchase record. Ask for clear front and back pictures and retain purchase evidence. Do not attach an arbitrary clock model just to fill in the form.

This is why the original order record matters. A store SKU can help you locate the sale, but it only leads to the supplier’s correct product if the mapping was recorded accurately.
Use the applicable warranty, then handle the buyer’s case
The published limited warranty distinguishes one year for continental US customers from thirty days outside the continental US, requires purchase proof and includes exclusions. Read the applicable terms rather than putting an unqualified one-year worldwide promise on every listing.
For operating questions, use the relevant manual or the provider’s product and vendor support. Describe the symptom and what the applicable instructions show. A replacement movement or an attempted repair is not automatically the right remedy for an unidentified clock.
Respond to arrival damage separately
For arrival damage, preserve the condition and delivery evidence and report through the current account process promptly. Obtain any required authorization before sending goods back. A store’s customer response should not depend on someone discovering an old document’s deadline after the problem occurs.
The manufacturer’s warranty and the supplier’s commercial return agreement do not settle every obligation your store has to the buyer. Our returns guide explains that separate customer-remedy process.
If you want to compare this branded supply route with sourcing a different clock from China, contact AIDrop Agent with the model requirements, packed size and destination. We can discuss sourcing and packing for that separate route. We do not grant permission to sell Infinity products or manage its warranty.

Frequently asked questions
Is Infinity Instruments open to dropshipping applications?
The official form includes Direct to Customer Shipping as a partnership option. It also says an application does not guarantee a partnership and that further agreements follow approval. Treat it as an application route, not an instantly active account.
Is the minimum order definitely $250?
That amount appears in indexed 2024 reseller material. It was not verified as your current account requirement. Obtain the present opening and ongoing order terms directly; do not use an old price list to advertise a current no-minimum or fixed-minimum program.
Can I sell the clocks on Amazon, Walmart or eBay?
The form asks about selling channels; it does not approve them. Older material contains channel restrictions. Get current written authorization for the channel you intend to use before listing, even if another retailer already sells a similar product there.
Is there a verified Shopify integration or automatic stock feed?
The public pages reviewed here do not establish one universal setup for all dealers. Ask what your account supports and obtain its actual instructions. A supplier account and an order-automation connection are separate things; neither should be invented from a catalog page.
Is delivery included, and are customer returns free?
Neither promise was established by the accessible current account terms. Obtain a destination-specific order quote and the applicable return agreement, then make a retail offer you can support. A manufacturer’s warranty is not a blanket free-return policy.
Sources and scope
Sources checked October 26, 2026: the linked official application, dealer pricing entrance, manuals, warranty and contact pages. Indexed 2024 material is identified as historical; its public file download did not supply a verified current contract. Private rates, stock, integration and approval were not accessed. The clock, SKU, cost calculation and order record are teaching examples; no supplier account, sample or shipment test was performed.
