A catalog booklet, generic optional storefront and separate order carton illustrate three different purchases.

National Dropshippers is a paid supplier-catalog and ordering service. Its public monthly membership is $23.99 after a seven-day trial. The often-mentioned $0.99 charge is handling per order; shipping is additional. It is worth evaluating if you sell to US street addresses and can work with its order process and return restrictions.

A small fee looks reassuring when you are choosing your first supplier. The surprise comes later: the item is affordable, but postage consumes the gap between its wholesale cost and your selling price. Or your customer wants a refund that the supplier will not reimburse.

Those are different problems. A cheaper membership will not solve either one. This review separates the purchases, follows an order and explains where the store keeps responsibility. We checked public pages on October 21, 2026; we did not buy membership, inspect private wholesale prices or place an order.

01

What does the membership buy?

National Dropshippers gives members access to products offered through its supplier network and a way to order for delivery to their customers. You operate the retail business: choose what to sell, collect payment and answer the buyer.

The subscription page currently shows these options in US dollars:

Access option Displayed charge What to notice
Monthly $23.99 per month after a seven-day trial A shorter commitment while evaluating the service
Quarterly $59.99 every three months after a seven-day trial Compare the full payment with your expected use
Semiannual $107.99 every six months after a seven-day trial More prepaid access, not a lower product or freight bill
Annual $199.99 per year after a seven-day trial Check the product route before a longer commitment
Lifetime $299 once No recurring membership charge is advertised for this option
Separate ecommerce web-store offer $299 once, then $29.99 monthly A different offer; establish its inclusions before choosing it

A supplier membership and a supplied storefront are different purchases. If you already have a store, ask which access plan serves it. Do not add both offers together by assumption, or assume the storefront offer includes every service you need.

Twelve monthly payments total $287.88, compared with the displayed $199.99 annual charge. The $87.89 difference is arithmetic, not a reason to commit before you know whether the products work. An unused annual subscription is still a cost.

02

The $0.99 charge is not the delivery price

The official FAQ lists $0.99 handling per order. For the lower 48 states, it separately lists shipping at $8.99 for the first pound and $0.89 for each additional pound. Its published Alaska and Hawaii rates are double the continental rates.

At the one-pound baseline, the published freight and handling together are $9.98 before the product cost. That is the number to compare with another route’s equivalent product-and-destination quote. A handling fee by itself tells you little about the cost of serving a buyer.

One-pound lower-48 baseline: shipping8.99USD plus handling0.99USD equals9.98USD before the product.
Published baseline checked October21,2026: a one-pound lower-48 parcel has shipping and handling charges separate from the product. Actual quote and exceptions still apply.

Weight can change the comparison

The terms round partial pounds up: 9.2 lb is charged as 10 lb. At the published lower-48 formula, that is $8.99 + nine additional pounds at $0.89, or $17.00 shipping before the $0.99 handling charge.

Oversized or unusually heavy items can require an individually approved shipping amount. Use the actual item, address and checkout or written quote rather than applying the simple formula to every catalog product.

A $24 price gap can become a $2.22 remainder

Consider a fictional product sold for $49 including delivery, before sales tax. Its assumed supplier item cost is $25. The apparent gap is $24, but that is not what the store keeps.

Illustrative order Amount
Customer payment, including delivery $49.00
Assumed product cost −$25.00
Published one-pound lower-48 freight −$8.99
Published handling −$0.99
Assumed payment processing −$1.80
Assumed advertising to obtain the sale −$8.00
Assumed allowance for refunds and problems −$2.00
Remainder before membership, fixed costs and tax $2.22

The $25 item, payment fee, advertising and allowance are teaching inputs, not a supplier quote or an observed result. Replace them with your own numbers. If your traffic costs nothing in cash, the advertising line changes; if your actual parcel costs more, the remainder shrinks.

At this assumed $2.22 per order, it takes 11 such orders just to cover the $23.99 monthly membership: 11 × $2.22 = $24.42. That leaves $0.43 before fixed costs and tax. This is a break-even illustration using the table’s assumptions, not a sales forecast.

This is a small contribution before several remaining expenses, not $2.22 net profit. The profit-margin guide explains the fuller calculation. To compare this route with a different supplier, use the same item, quantity and customer address, as shown in our supplier-quote comparison.

03

How does an order reach the supplier?

The public FAQ describes an order-form workflow. You take the customer’s payment, submit an order with the delivery address and pay the supplier-side amount. Its order manager records received orders, and tracking is emailed when the supplier dispatches.

It also describes downloadable product data. A product file helps build listings; it does not, by itself, establish that a paid order will be transmitted automatically.

Before importing many products, follow one selected item through the route you intend to use:

  1. Record the supplier item code, variant, current cost and a supported customer address.
  2. Establish how the paid store order becomes a supplier order. If you are relying on a connector, confirm its exact supported service rather than treating the product import as proof.
  3. Place a permitted test purchase when you are ready to evaluate the service. Match the store order to the supplier’s received-order record.
  4. Follow dispatch and tracking back to the customer-facing order. Inspect the actual delivered item and package before widening the assortment.

That is a proposed evaluation, not a test performed for this review. The public pages checked here do not establish every integration available, so an unlisted feature should be confirmed rather than declared nonexistent.

The published direct-delivery area is the 50 US states with a street address; the terms exclude PO Box, APO and FPO addresses. If those address types make up much of your audience, resolve the route before accepting their orders.

04

What happens when a buyer wants to return something?

This is a material limitation: the terms generally exclude unwanted, nondefective consumer returns. Damaged, defective or lost products are considered individually, with replacement described as the remedy. Obtain instructions before sending anything back.

Imagine a customer buys an undamaged item and simply changes their mind. Your store has promised easy returns. Even if you honor that promise promptly, it does not follow that National Dropshippers will reimburse you. You need a destination and a plan for the item, plus money to cover the difference.

A damaged item is a separate case. Keep the order record and clear photographs, report what arrived and request the provider’s instructions. Do not promise the customer a particular supplier reimbursement before it is agreed.

Read the refund wording before promising a recovery

The terms discuss an unavailable-product refund but also contain a general deduction clause covering shipping, handling and a 15% restocking fee. Ask for written clarification of what applies to your specific case. Do not model every exception as a full recovery.

The contact page warns against unauthorized returns. Its published office address is not permission to send a customer’s parcel there. Our practical recommendation is to agree the return destination and remedy before putting them in your store’s instructions.

These are supplier-recovery terms. They do not decide your obligations to customers under your selling channel or applicable law.

05

Who is it a reasonable fit for?

Consider National Dropshippers if your customers use supported US street addresses, you can handle the documented order-form process, and a selected item leaves enough money after delivery and membership costs. You also need a way to honor your return promise when the supplier will not take back an unwanted item.

It is a weaker starting point if your plan depends on automatic order transfer you have not established, international direct delivery or reimbursed change-of-mind returns. Resolve those requirements before taking customer orders.

Use the trial to answer a small set of decisive questions: can the intended item reach the buyer, does the complete quote leave enough money, and can you keep your customer promise when something goes wrong? Record the answers against one item and destination. A large imported catalog cannot substitute for them.

If connected catalog and order management is your main requirement, compare the actual workflow in our Wholesale2B review. Its plan is a different service, so compare the needed functions and delivered order costs rather than membership prices alone.

If you are evaluating China-side sourcing instead, send AIDrop Agent the product, destination and expected order volume. We can review the sourcing and fulfillment scope for that separate route. We do not operate National Dropshippers or claim an integration with it.

Frequently asked questions

Is National Dropshippers free?

The public subscription page advertises a seven-day trial for the recurring membership options, followed by the displayed charge. Product purchases, freight and handling are separate. Review the renewal date and selected offer before starting.

How do you stop recurring membership charges?

The terms direct subscribers to cancel the automatic-payment profile in their PayPal account before renewal. They warn that emailing a cancellation request does not itself cancel that payment arrangement, and membership payments are described as nonrefundable. Confirm the cancellation in your actual payment account and keep its record; account menus may change.

Is it a US supplier or a worldwide fulfillment service?

The documented service connects merchants to suppliers and ships orders directly within the stated US-address coverage. That does not establish that every product has the same origin, availability or delivery time. Ask about the exact item and address.

Does this review prove that its products or deliveries are reliable?

No. We verified public program information and identified decisions it changes. We did not inspect inventory, purchase an item or measure dispatch and delivery. General review scores and catalog claims cannot establish how your selected product will perform.
