EPROLO is worth considering if you want help finding products, packing orders and sending them to customers without a monthly subscription for the core account. You still pay for each product and its delivery. Optional brand labels and packaging add their own charges.
Picture a customer ordering a shirt from your shop. You collect the customer’s payment, then pay EPROLO for the chosen shirt and shipping. EPROLO describes checking, packing and sending the order. That work is called fulfillment: getting the purchased item ready and on its way to the buyer.
The useful question is whether the shirt, complete order cost and delivery/return terms suit your customers. A free account makes a small trial easier to consider; it does not establish that every product will be profitable or every parcel will arrive on the advertised date.
The original public-page review was checked on September 28, 2026, with older policy dates identified below. We rechecked the branding offer, country-default shipping guide and apparel return program on October 11. We have not created an account, obtained a quote, ordered a sample, tested branding or submitted a return.

How your product and order work
You can browse EPROLO’s catalog or ask it to source an item you have found elsewhere. Its Shopify guide describes importing products, editing their details and using EPROLO’s sourcing, checking, packing and shipping services.
Its WooCommerce guide describes connecting the store, receiving synced orders and paying for those orders before EPROLO fulfills them. Shopify guide, WooCommerce guide.
A shirt’s size and color are variants, meaning different versions of the product. Its SKU is the product code used to identify the exact version. Match those details before selling it. A photo of a black medium shirt is not enough if the purchase is mapped to a white large shirt.
An imported product is not a paid shipment
Adding an item to your shop is the start of the listing, not a paid shipment. After a customer orders, look at the actual product quote and shipping choice, then pay for fulfillment. EPROLO also documents an Excel order-import route: create the product, complete its order template, obtain the quote and select shipping before payment. That can be relevant when a direct store connection is not the route being used. Order-import guidance.
For AliExpress products, find out whether EPROLO or the AliExpress seller will fulfill the purchase. Its troubleshooting guide shows that removed product links or stock changes can interrupt an order; using another source requires the right product and variant match. Do not treat imported product information as proof that the goods can still be bought. AliExpress options, failed-order guidance.
Core dropshipping, POD and stored inventory differ
There are other services alongside core dropshipping. Print on demand means making or printing a chosen design for an order; EPROLO points to its related Inkedjoy service. 3PL, or third-party logistics, means another business stores stock and prepares shipments for you. Its warehousing offer includes bringing your own inventory or sourcing and stocking goods through EPROLO. Those services need their own costs and terms. EPROLO services, warehousing options.
If you have not decided which product customers would want, start with our product-research guide. Sorting out demand before paying for samples is more useful than filling a shop with everything available in a catalog.
02
The free account and the actual order bill
EPROLO’s homepage says its core account has no membership or monthly subscription fee and that merchants pay the product and delivery charge when ordering. This removes one fixed software bill. It leaves the goods, freight and any optional work to pay for. Core fee explanation.
| What you use | Public charge description | What you still need to price |
|---|---|---|
| Core dropshipping account | No monthly subscription advertised | The exact product and delivery charge |
| Fashion Branding Lite | $19.90 per year | Per-item customization and the chosen eligible product |
| Fashion Branding Pro | $99 per year | Per-item customization; its lower fees must suit your volume |
| Stocked warehousing or custom work | A separate service arrangement | The applicable storage, preparation and shipping quote |
On a phone, swipe the table sideways to compare every column.
Sources: core account, branding plans, warehousing service.
Branding can include sewn labels, hangtags or packing bags. The annual membership is not the whole cost: EPROLO says small printing/sewing charges apply per item. Its clothing catalog has no MOQ, meaning minimum order quantity; for other catalogs it says to ask the account manager. Do not extend the clothing offer to every product without that answer.
Ask what your selected shirt, label and packaging would cost together. EPROLO describes showing logo mockups for approval, but a drawing cannot tell you how the fabric, label or parcel feels. A paid physical sample, where available, helps you assess those details before making them part of your customer offer. The $19.90 or $99 annual fee alone cannot price a branded sale. Branding details.
Compare Lite and Pro with one actual branding quote
The published annual difference is $99 − $19.90 = $79.10. To judge Pro, ask for Lite and Pro quotes for the same shirt, label, quantity and destination. The important missing number is the per-item saving, not the number of orders in a marketing example.
Illustrative break-even: 317 branded items
If a like-for-like quote showed a $0.25 saving per branded item, you would need 317 items a year to cover that $79.10 difference: $79.10 ÷ $0.25 = 316.4, rounded up. The $0.25 is invented, not an EPROLO rate. At 300 items the saving would be $75, leaving $4.10 of the higher membership fee uncovered.
Only use this calculation if the same work is included in both quotes. Added gift cards, different sewing work, samples or freight can change the comparison. A membership that looks cheaper per label may still produce a more expensive finished order.
For each product, put the full order cost beside the selling price:
Customer receipts − product charge − delivery charge − selling/payment fees − expected return or problem cost − optional customization = money left before advertising and overhead.
If you advertise free shipping, the delivery charge is still in that equation. Taxes or duties relevant to your transaction also need their own treatment. We do not have a live shirt price or destination quote, so a “typical EPROLO profit” here would be made up.
Why a partial cancellation needs its own breakdown
EPROLO’s 2021 shipping explainer uses a $15 freight example: $5 for the parcel’s registration charge, $8 postage for product A and $2 for product B. These are illustrative figures from that old guide, not current shipping rates.
If A is canceled before dispatch but B still goes out, the guide says A’s product charge and its postage can be returned while the registration charge remains for B’s parcel. Splitting $15 equally between the two items would miss that structure. Use the actual product and freight lines when comparing a supplier credit with the customer’s refund. Shipping-fee explanation.
The guide also contains an addition error in one product-total example. We use its correct $5 + $8 + $2 freight split here, rather than repeating that erroneous refund total. Your own order breakdown and confirmed credit determine the amount to recover.
03
How to read the delivery promise
EPROLO currently advertises 5–15-day delivery options and a 30-day shipping guarantee. Those are the company’s public claims, not delivery times we measured. A merchant still needs the method and expected timing for the chosen item and country. Advertised delivery offer.
Separate time spent getting the shirt ready from time spent traveling. Processing is preparation before dispatch; transit is the parcel’s journey with the carrier. Your customer starts waiting when they buy, so a shipping estimate should make clear how those two parts affect the expected arrival.
EPROLO’s default-shipping guide lets merchants choose preferred methods for each country in priority order. It also says to check the method during order payment. If a different method is selected or the charge has changed, find out whether it still supports the price and timing shown in your shop before paying. Default shipping guide.
Check a country default against the order you will pay
Use the country-default guide to choose a preference, then inspect the actual order before payment. A saved preference is not proof that this shirt can travel on that method.
1. Choose the country
Click Add Shipping and select the destination country. Your preference for the United States should not be used as proof of a route to another market.
2. Put the right method first
Choose the available channels in priority order. Put the route your offer depends on first; keep a slower fallback only if you are willing to offer its actual timing and cost.
3. Inspect this order
At payment, compare the selected method, destination, product variant and charge with your planned offer. If the fallback is selected, check why before paying.
4. Handle a mismatch
If the available method no longer fits your promised timing, ask EPROLO for a workable option and update the buyer. Pause further sales of that route while the cost or delivery answer is unresolved.
Keep the method name and order quote beside the store’s delivery wording. This is a proposed check based on EPROLO’s documented route, not a trial we ran. Its example names YUN Standard; that is not a recommendation for every product or country.
The detailed delay policy is dated
The detailed refund document we found is dated January 2023. It starts the delay clock at warehouse dispatch and mentions more than 30 days normally, 40 in busy seasons and 60 for some destination groups. It also excludes some address problems, shipping methods and destinations. That is more conditional than the short homepage guarantee. Ask EPROLO which current rule applies to your selected route before promising a blanket refund date. Dated detailed policy.
Ask what the tracking problem requires
If tracking stops moving, send the order and tracking details to your account representative and ask whether it is delayed, lost or waiting for a delivery action. A wrong address, an unclaimed parcel and a carrier loss can lead to different answers. Explain the actual choices to the buyer, rather than leaving an old arrival promise on the listing while later customers order it too.
Public reviews can help you decide what to test. One Shopify reviewer praises support and pricing while noting slower preparation; other accounts praise communication and fulfillment. These are individual experiences with different goods and dates, not a delivery or defect rate for your shirt. Shopify review, Trustpilot accounts.
04
Which return policy applies?
For an unworn clothing item, EPROLO publishes a specific seven-day return and exchange program. The original tags and clear garment bag with its SKU label must be present. A return request is due within seven days after the last package in the order arrives. If one order arrives in two parcels, the final parcel starts that request window. Apparel policy.
After approval, arrange the return shipment
Approval starts another clock: send the item back within seven days after approval. The seller or customer pays return postage unless the return was caused by EPROLO’s error, such as a wrong or damaged item. The published processing allowance is five to seven business days after EPROLO receives the return. Asking on time is therefore different from receiving an immediate refund.
These are supplier-recovery terms. Your shop must separately follow applicable consumer rights and its customer promises. A seven-day supplier program does not automatically make a seven-day limit lawful for every buyer. Shopify’s dropshipping responsibilities guidance explains the merchant’s responsibility for refund policies and compliance.
Use the approved address for this return
Get the approved return address before giving the customer a label. EPROLO publishes apparel addresses for several regions and directs questions to the account representative; that list does not mean every order should go to the first address you find. Apparel return-address information.
An exchange requires another supplier payment
An exchange creates a new order which the merchant pays before the replacement is sent. The apparel policy permits one exchange and says its seven-day change-of-mind returns do not apply to exchange items. A second size change should not be promised as if it were another fresh free return. Exchange conditions.
For damage, missing goods or a non-apparel product, use the applicable current rule instead of this clothing change-of-mind route.
The older general policy asks for photos/videos and complaint details, and treats customized print-on-demand orders and branded-order cancellations differently. It says branded orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours of payment.
Confirm the current terms for your item before assuming a cancellation or return will recover all your costs. General policy, dated 2023.
05
A shirt return, with the dates filled in
In this fictional case, the final package arrives on October 1 and the buyer asks on October 5 to return an unworn shirt with its tags and SKU-labeled bag. The dates below test your store’s recovery under EPROLO’s apparel program. They do not decide the buyer’s separate entitlement to a refund.
- October 1: final package delivered: This starts the seven-day request window
- October 5: fit-related request: It is within that window; submit it for approval
- Shirt is unworn with tags and SKU bag: Ask for photos so the required condition can be checked
- Return is approved: Give the correct address and arrange shipment within the next seven days
- Fit return was not EPROLO’s error: Explain that the seller/customer generally pays postage
- Return reaches EPROLO: Allow the published five to seven business days for processing
Keep the buyer refund separate from supplier recovery
The modeled supplier claim is timely, subject to EPROLO’s approval and the item’s condition. Supplier reimbursement is not guaranteed. A damaged shirt or another product category needs its own upstream process. Resolve the buyer’s request separately under your store terms and applicable rights.
A customer reply, after checking your store’s applicable terms, could be:
“We received your return request on October 5 for the shirt delivered on October 1. We’ll explain the return instructions and any postage you are responsible for under our policy and applicable rights. Please tell us if the item is wrong or damaged so we can handle that problem correctly.”
Internally, submit the EPROLO claim with the delivery record and required item photos. After supplier approval, arrange dispatch within its seven-day window. Its five-to-seven-business-day processing allowance begins at receipt. Track your customer-refund obligation separately; do not postpone a required remedy solely while waiting for EPROLO to reimburse you.

06
Should you try EPROLO?
Try a small order when you have a product your customers would want, an affordable complete quote and delivery/return terms you can explain. Core account access without a monthly subscription can make that trial easier to budget. Apparel branding is worth considering when the sample and per-item charges support the brand you want to build.
Choose another product or service if the desired delivery promise, return cost or missing quote makes the offer unworkable. A large catalog and a brand label do not fix those costs. Our automation software guide helps compare supplier catalogs, order tools and physical fulfillment help.
Want help checking and packing products in China? AIDrop’s fulfillment service can help with product checks, samples, packaging and suitable shipping after the sourcing and order process are agreed.
Send the product link, destinations, order estimate and packing or delivery problem. We’ll need to confirm the store connection for your setup.
07
Common questions
Does EPROLO’s seven-day program limit my customer’s rights?
It describes the supplier program, not a complete customer policy. Your store’s promises and applicable consumer rights may require a different remedy or deadline. Keep the supplier claim and customer refund as separate tasks, including when the supplier will not reimburse you.
Is EPROLO free to use?
Its core account advertises no monthly subscription. You still buy products and shipping, and optional apparel branding has annual and per-item charges. Price the order you intend to sell, not just the account.
Does the 30-day guarantee apply everywhere?
The current homepage advertises it, but older detailed policy lists destination, season, address and shipping-method conditions. Get the current answer for your chosen route before promising one universal refund date.
Can any product use the seven-day return program?
The specific program covers eligible apparel with its condition and timing requirements. Other goods and damage/delay cases need their own applicable terms.
