Zendrop, DSers, AutoDS, EPROLO and Printful are useful CJdropshipping alternatives for different jobs. Zendrop and EPROLO combine sourcing with fulfillment, DSers and AutoDS emphasize connected workflows, and Printful suits custom printed merchandise. Choose around the product, destination and work you need to replace.

A store can leave CJ, install another app and still have the same slow-moving parcel. The software changed; the product was still sourced after purchase and sent across the same border. A useful comparison starts with the part of the order that needs to improve.

This is a comparison of public provider documentation checked on September 22, 2026, not a report of test orders. Prices below are in US dollars. Delivery performance, negotiated quotes and the quality of an individual SKU still need product-specific confirmation.

01

Choose an alternative for the problem you actually have

Start with recent orders, including the troublesome ones. Separate time spent waiting for stock, time spent preparing the parcel and time in transit. If the delay happened before dispatch, a faster shipping line alone will not fix it. If staff spend hours correcting variant mappings, changing the shipping company is unlikely to help.

Your main problem Provider to investigate first What must still be established
You want sourcing and fulfillment together, with domestic US options Zendrop Exact supplier, destination eligibility, packaging and total order cost
You want to keep choosing suppliers and reduce repetitive order work DSers Supplier quality, dispatch terms and the plan’s synchronization features
You operate several sales or sourcing workflows AutoDS Support for each channel/supplier pair and the cost of the required automation
You want another managed sourcing service, including fashion branding EPROLO A matching product quote and the terms of the specific branding program
Your product’s value comes from a printed design Printful Blank product, print result, fulfillment location and delivered margin

There is also a valid sixth choice: keep CJ and change the arrangement. If one successful SKU is repeatedly waiting for procurement, ask about reserving inventory. If packaging causes damage, approve a different pack. CJ’s fulfillment service information distinguishes stocking and warehousing services from an ordinary catalog purchase. Those options create their own costs and commitments, but may involve less disruption than moving every product.

The dropshipping automation software guide explains the wider division between software actions and physical fulfillment. Here, the practical question is which provider should take over a particular part of your orders.

02

Zendrop for a managed catalog and fulfillment workflow

Zendrop belongs on the shortlist when you want to source products, connect them to a store and pay for fulfillment through one system. Its attraction is reducing the number of separate supplier conversations and order-entry tasks. It is most useful when the catalog already contains products that fit your offer.

Do not price it solely from an older “Pro costs $49” review. Zendrop currently documents usage-based billing for new Shopify and Wix signups: $29 for 1–20 linked products, $49 for 21–100 and $79 for 101 or more. The applicable tier uses the highest linked-product count during the cycle, with minimum commitments also relevant. Zendrop’s billing guide explains the conditions; these are software charges, separate from the orders you fulfill.

The US catalog is a specific supply route, not a promise that every product ships domestically. Zendrop’s US supplier documentation limits those suppliers to US destinations and distinguishes processing from delivery. Check the actual product’s origin before using it to replace a China-shipped CJ listing.

Shortlist Zendrop when the product and supply route fit first. Pass if your plan depends on a catalog item that is unavailable for the intended destination, or on customization that has not been confirmed for that supplier. A smoother interface cannot compensate for an unavailable variant.

03

DSers for keeping your own supplier relationships

DSers makes more sense when your main frustration is repetitive ordering and product administration, while you still want to choose suppliers yourself. It can support a supplier relationship you like instead of requiring you to replace it with another managed catalog.

Its current pricing table lists a free Basic plan and an Advanced plan at $19.90 per month. Basic includes order tools but does not include the same automatic stock and price updates as the paid tiers. The current site also lists sourcing routes beyond AliExpress, including 1688 and Alibaba; describing DSers simply as “AliExpress only” would miss that scope.

For a seller with ten established products, the decisive feature may be how a stock change reaches the store. Ask what happens when the supplier’s blue variant disappears while the green variant remains. Does your configuration stop selling blue, map it elsewhere, or merely send a notification? Verify the behavior on the plan you intend to pay for.

DSers does not turn every connected supplier into one warehouse with one inspection standard. You still need an agreement about the item, packing and dispatch. Its software can make a good arrangement easier to operate, but a supplier who sends the wrong size remains a supplier problem.

Choose this route if you can manage those relationships and want more control over supplier selection. If you want someone else to source, inspect and consolidate a specific physical product, compare that service separately. The supplier selection guide is useful before deciding which supplier to connect.

04

AutoDS for connecting several sales and sourcing workflows

AutoDS is worth examining when several stores, sourcing routes or catalogs create more administration than one person can comfortably handle. Its official site describes importing, stock and price monitoring, tracking updates, and a separate Fulfilled by AutoDS offering. These functions are relevant when the bottleneck is repeated data entry and coordination.

Cost needs closer attention than a single “starting from” number. In the pricing page checked for this comparison, the base-plan amounts did not render consistently, so we are not substituting an affiliate blog’s price. The page did display an auto-ordering add-on at $9.90 per month. Check the selected sales channel, product allowance, billing period and included services in your actual checkout.

Ask for the complete cost of the workflow you intend to run. A plan that imports products may not include every action needed to pay a supplier, update tracking and handle an exception. A supplier appearing in a catalog also does not establish that every automation works for that supplier in your country.

A useful trial is one product with two variants and a controlled stock change. Confirm which system owns the price, stock count and fulfillment action. If another app is still active, avoid letting both applications buy the same order.

AutoDS is a reasonable candidate for operational complexity. It is a weaker reason to migrate when the actual problem is one poorly specified product or one expensive shipping route. Resolve that physical issue before paying for more automation around it.

05

EPROLO for another sourcing and branding service

EPROLO is a closer operational comparison with CJ than an order-management app alone. Its official service description covers sourcing, product synchronization, order processing and fulfillment. The core platform is advertised as free to use; merchants still pay for products and shipping.

Its fashion branding offer is advertised at $19.90 per year plus customization charges per order. Treat that as the stated program entry cost, not the total price of a branded parcel. Confirm the product’s eligibility, label specification, packaging quantity, dispatch location and recurring unit charge in the quote.

For an apparel store, compare the actual garment rather than two similar photos. A black medium from one provider can differ in measurements, fabric and finish from a black medium elsewhere. Reusing the old size chart after switching could create a return problem even if the new provider ships faster.

EPROLO deserves a quote when you want a second sourcing and fulfillment proposal, especially for a defined fashion range. The work you need from that proposal is concrete: the same material, measurements, packaging and delivery destination at an agreed quantity. Without that specification, a lower unit price may simply buy a different item.

Avoid treating advertised global delivery ranges as an acceptance test. Order a sample through the intended route, assess it against the specification and establish what happens if the replacement batch differs. That is the evidence needed to move an existing listing.

06

Printful for products built around your design

Printful is relevant when you are replacing a generic catalog item with print-on-demand merchandise. It is not a substitute for every CJ product. If your offer is an illustrated shirt, embroidered cap or printed accessory, production and print placement matter more than a huge general merchandise catalog.

Printful’s pricing documentation lists a free core service and an optional Growth plan at $24.99 per month. The item price includes the blank product and the applicable print or embroidery placement; shipping, taxes and extras are separate. Additional print areas or embroidery preparation can change the calculation.

The main advantage is that your design becomes part of the product. The trade-off is that a seemingly modest blank can become expensive after decoration and delivery. Compare the finished item you intend to advertise, including size, color and print location, rather than the cheapest catalog starting price.

Before replacing a CJ listing, inspect a sample’s print scale, placement and appearance on the actual fabric. A mockup can show an attractive image without revealing how the result feels or washes. You also need permission to use the design; a fulfillment service does not grant rights to another brand’s artwork.

Choose Printful when design is central to the purchase. For an unchanged generic gadget, adding a POD provider is unlikely to solve the relevant sourcing problem.

07

Compare one order before comparing monthly plans

The following example is hypothetical. It compares two quotes for the same approved item, packaging and destination; it is not a CJ or competitor price claim. Payment fees, advertising and customer refunds are held outside this first comparison because they are assumed equal.

Assumed monthly cost Provider A Provider B
Fulfilled order, including product and delivery $12.80 $12.00
Platform subscription $0 $49
Total at 40 orders $512 $529
Effective cost per order at 40 orders $12.80 $13.225
Total at 200 orders $2,560 $2,449
Effective cost per order at 200 orders $12.80 $12.245

Provider B saves $0.80 on each fulfillment but adds $49 a month. It becomes cheaper on these assumptions from 62 orders: $49 divided by $0.80 is 61.25, and orders are whole units. At 40 orders, the apparent cheaper fulfillment costs $17 more for the month. At 200 orders, it saves $111.

Now consider a migration that requires prepaid stock. Even if the per-order cost falls, the initial cash requirement can rise. Unsold inventory is still your exposure, and any storage or stock-transfer charge belongs in the comparison. Do not spread an optimistic sales forecast across inventory that may never sell.

Also compare the time spent resolving failures. Ten inexpensive orders that consume hours of support may be worse for your store than ten slightly more expensive orders that arrive as agreed. Use your own records rather than assigning a made-up failure rate to a provider. The profit-margin guide extends this calculation to acquisition cost, refunds and other operating expenses.

08

Move one product first and protect existing orders

A supplier migration involves physical goods and customer promises as well as app settings. Start with a product that has a complete specification and a known destination. Keep the old fulfillment connection available for orders it already accepted.

  1. Approve the replacement. Compare a sample, the landed quote and the return arrangement with your current offer. Resolve meaningful differences before changing the listing.
  2. Map each variant. Match the store SKU to the new supplier’s exact item, not just its title. Check bundles and quantity rules separately.
  3. Choose a changeover point. Record the last order the old provider will handle and the first order for the new provider. Stop overlapping automatic purchasing for that SKU.
  4. Watch an ordinary order complete. Confirm payment, supplier acceptance, dispatch, carrier tracking and delivery. A tracking number alone does not finish the trial.
  5. Reconcile the leftovers. Account for open refunds, prepaid stock, unused packaging and subscription cancellation before disconnecting the old account.

If the new provider cannot confirm a variant, hold the change. Do not replace it with a “close enough” product while keeping the old photos and description. Your customer bought the advertised item, not the supplier relationship you hoped would work.

Questions about replacing CJdropshipping

Which alternative is cheapest?

There is no reliable cheapest provider across every item and destination. DSers offers a free software tier, and EPROLO advertises free core platform access, but products and delivery still cost money. Compare a complete order and the monthly volume that will carry any subscription.

Can I use CJ and another provider in the same store?

Yes, a store can use multiple fulfillment arrangements, but each order line needs one clear destination. Confirm that stock updates, purchasing and customer notifications are not being sent by two apps for the same line. Explain split shipments where relevant.

Will a US supplier always be faster?

Domestic stock can remove an international leg, but the required variant must actually be available. Processing, local transit and delivery exceptions remain. Compare the whole promise from order placement to arrival.

Should I move to a private agent instead?

A private agent becomes worth evaluating when you need a specific supplier, product specification, packaging or exception-handling arrangement. Ask for a written scope and quote. A personal contact is useful only if the agreed work and responsibility are clear; it is not evidence by itself that costs or delivery will improve.
