Illustrative supplier-branded bottle, Your Store parcel and a plain Membership card

DR.HC’s branded dropshipping program is worth investigating if you want to resell its cosmetics through individual customer orders. The published memberships start at $59 a month, with a $100 first-time setup fee. The $89 Store Branding plan puts your identity on shipment materials; the products still carry DR.HC’s brand. Own-label products belong to the separate YOURS program.

That distinction matters before you design a bottle label or pay for a storefront. Imagine choosing “Branding” because you want your new skincare name on the product. The parcel later carries your store’s logo, while the bottle carries the supplier’s name. The shipment can match the purchased plan perfectly and still miss what you intended to build.

This review examines the public program, fees and terms checked on October 20, 2026. We have not purchased a membership or independently tested the products or deliveries. The useful decision is whether the documented arrangement matches your product, branding and order process.

01

What the membership actually buys

The DR.HC brand program lets approved retailers sell its branded products and have orders fulfilled to their customers. It is a continuing reseller arrangement, rather than a purchase of a newly developed product range.

The public plan prices are:

Plan Published membership price
No-Branding $59 per month or $590 per year
Store Branding $89 per month or $890 per year

Both plans list a $100 first-time setup fee. Adding the published monthly and setup components gives $159 for a first No-Branding month or $189 for a first Store Branding month. Product purchases, freight, any app subscription and applicable additional charges still need to be established.

Those totals are a budget from the stated components, not a checkout we completed. The membership approval page displays a $0.00 product price while describing paid authorization and setup. That display is not enough to conclude that membership or fulfillment is free. Confirm the selected plan, billing period and amount before paying.

Access is different from a profitable sale

Membership can give you a way to order and resell the range. It does not supply the customer, choose the retail price or pay the cost of each delivered sale.

Before committing, identify one product you would actually sell and the destination you would serve. Get its member price, the relevant freight charge and any chosen presentation costs. Then compare that complete cost with the offer your customer would buy.

A low product minimum can make a small test possible. It cannot make a weak offer profitable on its own. Our beauty products dropshipping guide develops the product, label and order-cost questions beyond this particular supplier program.

02

Put the logo on the object you mean

Write down where you want the customer to see your brand: on the parcel, on an insert, on the bottle, or on all three. These are different requests.

The branded program’s Store Branding plan describes shipping-label and gift-bag presentation, with optional invoice work. Its product labels retain the supplier’s identity. For an own-label product, DR.HC directs retailers to YOURS private-label dropshipping.

Store branding keeps Supplier Brand on a bottle; product branding puts Your Brand on the bottle
An illustrative comparison of the objects being branded. It explains the distinction; it is not a photograph of either program's actual packaging or evidence of formula ownership.

The practical difference is visible in an ordinary customer photo:

  • Parcel presentation: the customer sees your store on the shipment, then takes out a supplier-branded product.
  • Product branding: the customer takes out a product carrying the identity agreed for your own-label project.

If you want the second result, confirm that project before choosing a membership. A more expensive parcel-presentation option does not automatically become a product-label service.

Make a short branding specification

For the chosen product, describe the actual objects instead of asking for “full branding.” For example:

The bottle should retain the agreed product label. I want my store logo on the shipping presentation and an approved insert. Please identify exactly which materials are included, any size limits and any extra charges. If I want my own name on the bottle later, which separate program and setup would apply?

That is an illustrative request, not a description of a package we received. If your real requirement is your name on the bottle now, say that in the first sentence. The supplier can then respond to the project you mean.

Also separate putting your name on a product from owning an exclusive formula. Our white-label versus private-label guide explains the wider development and ownership questions; do not infer those rights from a logo service.

03

Choose manual or app ordering before you join

DR.HC offers a website/manual route and a third-party-app route. Its program says these use different setups; changing between them requires a new application and setup payment. Decide which workflow fits your store before treating the first membership as a temporary experiment.

Manual website ordering

Under the manual route, product information can be added using the supplied file or other permitted method. You then need a clear process for placing the supplier’s order after your customer pays.

For a small range, make that handoff explicit:

  1. Match the customer purchase to the exact supplier item and quantity.
  2. Place the supplier order through the agreed member route, using the correct recipient.
  3. Save the supplier reference and reconcile its updates with the customer order.

These are proposed operating steps. Confirm the actual member instructions, payment process and supported fields before using them. A product imported into the store does not place the supplier order by itself.

Ordering through an app

The membership terms distinguish the manufacturer from the app provider. The app has its own charges and technical support. Your payment to the manufacturer does not settle every software or integration question.

Two separate service relationships. These are explanatory cards, not real invoices, account screens or a current app-price quotation.

Ask for the current app name, eligible store connection, required plan and complete subscription price before joining. The program page includes an app-price estimate dated May 2025; it should not become a confirmed October 2026 budget without checking the app’s current offer.

Then establish who handles each problem:

Problem you observe First responsibility to establish
Product import or order sync fails App account, configuration and app support
Correct order is received but the supplied item is wrong Manufacturer order record and claim procedure
Customer order has no supplier reference Confirm whether it was ever submitted before placing another order

The last situation needs a record check before a second submission. Sending another order without knowing what happened to the first can create another problem. The existing automation software guide covers that wider operating decision.

04

Check one delivered order before importing a range

Choose an eligible product, its exact size or variant, one destination and the intended presentation. Establish that the item belongs to the dropshipping offer; a product appearing elsewhere in the company’s catalog does not settle that question.

The shipping-fee page separates retail purchases from dropshipping orders. Its dropshipping table lists $12.99 for US-address orders with an order total below $100. The retail free-shipping promotion over $150 explicitly excludes dropshipping and wholesale orders.

That distinction changes a single-product offer. A store that copied the retail promotion into its supplier budget would be pricing a benefit its dropship orders do not receive. Use the actual member order and destination to confirm the charge.

Treat dispatch and transit as two stages

The program estimates dispatch within three business days and usual US transit of two to seven days after shipment. These are the supplier’s published estimates, not deliveries we timed. Check the exact product and service before making a customer promise, especially when the order needs something beyond ordinary fulfillment.

For a proposed sample or trial, save enough information to compare the purchase with the result:

  • The order: exact product, quantity, recipient, complete charge and selected service.
  • The product: visible name, size, label, seal and the records supplied for that item.
  • The shipment: the agreed logo or insert, tracking and what arrived in the parcel.

Inspect the unopened item and packaging first. Photographs can document what was delivered; they do not establish ingredient safety, shelf life or a skincare result. Use product-specific information and the broader beauty-product checks for questions a parcel photo cannot answer.

A proposed arrival record, illustrated with a generic sealed bottle and carton. It is not an actual supplier sample or approved claim and does not establish ingredient safety or product performance.

If the parcel has your store logo and the bottle has DR.HC’s name, compare it with the selected program. If you purchased the branded reseller service, that may be the intended result. If your written order specified a different service, preserve the record and ask the supplier to address the mismatch.

05

Read the claim and renewal terms as separate commitments

A customer refund, a supplier product claim and a membership cancellation are three different events. Keep their records separate so that one does not become an assumed remedy for another.

Product claims need the correct program section

The company’s dropshipping-specific terms state that dropship purchases are final and set a separate exchange route for qualifying errors, damage or loss. They require issues to be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting evidence and original-condition requirements.

Those terms describe what you can claim from the supplier. Your customer needs a return policy from your store. If they report a problem after the supplier’s deadline, you may still need to help them while funding costs the supplier will not reimburse.

For a wrong or damaged delivery, retain the customer order, supplier reference, delivery record, relevant photographs and the packaging information. Contact the supplier promptly through the stated route and follow its instructions before using, altering or returning the goods. Do not promise that a photo guarantees an accepted claim.

The company page also contains retail and other program terms. Read the section for the purchase you are making; a retail rule or a different program’s deadline should not be copied into this dropshipping workflow. Our returns guide explains the wider customer/supplier handoff.

Membership is a continuing authorization

The membership page states that approval/setup fees are non-refundable and that the subscription renews unless canceled. It also limits use of supplied product information to the authorized arrangement. Resolve those commitments before relying on unused membership time as money you can simply recover.

There is a practical difference between changing a presentation plan and changing the ordering method. The program invites retailers to contact it about a No-Branding-to-Branding change; its membership terms also contain non-transfer wording. Ask how a proposed change is processed and what happens to the existing payment. Do not assume that an unused period becomes credit toward another setup.

Record the chosen billing period, renewal date, cancellation route and the supplier’s written answer about any planned change. A failed app connection is a software problem to resolve with the appropriate provider; it should not be treated as proof that the manufacturer’s membership payment will be refunded.

06

Send a short request that resolves the purchase

Once you know the product and desired branding, a concise enquiry can close the remaining gaps. Replace the example placeholders with your actual requirements:

I want to resell the linked DR.HC product to customers in this destination. My store runs on this platform. Please confirm the matching program and ordering method, the current membership/setup/app charges, and the complete charge for one ordinary customer order. I want my logo on these specific shipment materials; the product label should carry this identity. Please confirm the relevant product eligibility, support contacts, claim procedure and what happens if I later change the plan or ordering method.

Keep the reply with the exact product and plan you evaluated. A general sales answer about “branding” or “automatic orders” should be clarified until you can match it to those requirements.

The branded program can suit a retailer that wants the supplier’s products and accepts the recurring arrangement. An own-label range, a custom formula or a different sourcing origin is a different brief. Compare those services using the work and rights you need, rather than treating every beauty supplier as the same offer.

If you are comparing a China-sourced range, AIDrop Agent can review the sourcing and packing scope through its product-sourcing service. Send your product references, destination and branding requirements for that discussion. Use the supplier’s own program contact for DR.HC membership questions.

07

Questions before joining DR.HC dropshipping

Is the wholesale minimum the dropshipping minimum?

They are different offers. DR.HC’s wholesale page lists minimum quantities for wholesale purchases, while the branded dropshipping program advertises no order MOQ. Establish the exact item and service rather than applying a wholesale quantity to an individual customer dispatch.

Can I use the supplier’s images after canceling membership?

The membership and content terms restrict the supplied information to authorized use and state that listing/selling is not permitted after cancellation. Plan what must be removed or changed before the authorization ends. The terms also prohibit editing the supplied product images; an AI editing tool does not remove that permission question.

Does supplier authorization mean I qualify for every marketplace?

Confirm the intended channel and its seller requirements separately. Permission from the product supplier and acceptance by a selling platform answer different questions. A working app connection to your own store does not settle another marketplace’s documentation or fulfillment requirements.

How do I check the cosmetic product itself?

Ask for the current item information and evaluate a suitable sample before building the range. Check what the label and package actually say, and distinguish those observations from product-specific documentary support. This review has not independently established the brand’s ingredient, certification or performance claims; program access is not that evidence.

Who should fix an order-import problem?

Identify the chosen ordering route first. For the third-party-app method, the manufacturer directs integration questions to the app provider. Keep the customer order and any supplier reference available so the two parties can identify whether the issue concerns a connection, an accepted order or physical fulfillment.

Prices and commercial terms above were checked against the linked public pages on October 20, 2026. Confirm the selected arrangement before purchase. The branding scene, enquiries and trial checks are explanatory examples, not customer testimonials or an independent supplier test.
